Advertiser Terms
These terms apply when you book a road board in Danfo Run at danforun.com/advertise. "We" is Eureka Gaming Studios Limited (RC 9910358), 1A Hughes Avenue, Yaba, Lagos, Nigeria. "You" is the business making the booking. By booking, you confirm you can agree to these terms for your business.
1. What you're booking
A place on a set of overhead road boards in the game (the Mainland boards, the Third Mainland Bridge boards, or both) for the weeks you choose. Up to three businesses share a set of boards on any one day: each run of the game shows them in turn. You're not booking a number of views, and we don't promise one. Your report shows what your board actually got.
2. Payment
Prices are shown in naira on the booking page and in your booking. You pay online by card, bank transfer or USSD through our payment provider Bachs (Bachs Technologies Limited), or, where we offer it, by bank transfer using your booking reference. By paying you confirm that your business and your ad follow section 4. An unpaid booking holds its place for 48 hours, then the place may go to someone else. Your board only goes up once we've received your payment and approved your board.
3. Checking and approval
A person checks every booking. We can refuse any board, for any reason, including if it breaks section 4, looks misleading, is hard to read, or doesn't suit a game played by children. If we refuse a board you've paid for, we tell you why and refund you in full within 3 working days, or help you fix it.
4. What can't be advertised
- Betting, lottery, casinos or predictions
- Loans, crypto, forex or "investment" schemes
- Alcohol, tobacco, vapes or shisha
- Adult products and dating
- Political parties, candidates or campaigns
- Herbal cures and anything claiming to treat illness
- Anything illegal in Nigeria, misleading, hateful, or that copies someone else's brand
Your link must lead to your own business and follow the same rules.
5. Your content
You confirm you own or have permission to use the name, logo and words you send, and that your advertising is true and complies with Nigerian law, including the Advertising Regulatory Council of Nigeria (ARCON) rules that apply to it. You let us show your board, logo and link in the game and in your report for the booked weeks, and keep a copy for our records.
6. Changes and cancellations
You can change your board before or during your booking by messaging us with your reference. If you cancel before your start date, we refund you minus any payment fees. Once your board is live, the weeks already started aren't refundable. If the game is unavailable for more than a full day during your booking, or we approve your board after its start date, we add the lost days to the end of it.
7. Taking a board down
We can take a board down at any time if it breaks these terms, if we receive a credible complaint about it, or if the law requires it. If it's taken down for a reason that isn't your fault, we refund the unused days.
8. Numbers
A view is counted when your board has been on a player's screen, in view, for a full second; each pass counts once. A tap is counted when a player opens your link from the game's Gist (once per person per hour). Numbers come from the game itself and can be affected by players who are offline or block network requests.
9. Liability
We provide the boards as described, with reasonable care. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for a booking is limited to what you paid for it, and we're not liable for lost profits or indirect losses.
